On May 10, Robert Dignam presented at the Employment Law Grand Prix seminar sponsored by the Indiana State Bar Association in Speedway, Indiana. During this seminar for members of the Employment Law Section of the State Bar, Bob addressed mediation of employment law cases.
Robert Dignam has been named to the Indiana Super Lawyers Top 50 List. This recognition in 2022, 2023, and 2024, is for Bob’s service as a civil mediator and arbitrator in the area of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Robert Dignam has been named to Best Lawyers in America for Employment Law – Management. This is the third consecutive year Bob has received this recognition, and he devotes a significant amount of his professional activities to representing Indiana employers in labor and employment law matters.
Robert Dignam and the firm successfully defended a local employer charged with race discrimination. The Indiana Civil Rights Commission concluded that there was no probable cause to find discrimination and that the employee was not meeting the employer’s legitimate performance expectations.
