During April and May 2026, Bob Dignam served as lead negotiator during collective bargaining for a Northwest Indiana trade association client of the firm. Through multiple sessions of negotiations regarding language modifications and wages, the association of union contractors, with Bob’s assistance, secured a favorable three-year labor contract with the local union.
