Robert Dignam has been named to Best Lawyers in America for Employment Law – Management. This is the third consecutive year Bob has received this recognition, and he devotes a significant amount of his professional activities to representing Indiana employers in labor and employment law matters.
Robert Dignam and the firm successfully defended a local employer charged with race discrimination. The Indiana Civil Rights Commission concluded that there was no probable cause to find discrimination and that the employee was not meeting the employer’s legitimate performance expectations.
Kelly McFadden was the guest speaker at Andrean High School in January of 2024. She presented to students interested in health care careers on the topics of medical negligence, the practice of law, and best practices for documentation in medical records.
