James A. Jezierny
Associate Attorney
James A. Jezierny is an associate attorney at O’Neill McFadden & Willett LLP, who joined the firm in August 2025 after graduating from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law. While in law school, James served as the president of the Federalist Society, an Executive Editor of the Chicago-Kent Journal of Intellectual Property, and a Teaching Assistant in Constitutional Law. James also gained experience in civil litigation in a variety of settings throughout the City of Chicago, including as an intern associate at a large defense firm and a judicial clerk in the Circuit Court of Cook County. At OMW, James applies these skills in vigorous representation of the firm’s clients across all areas of litigation.
