On December 10, 2019, Bob Dignam co-presented a seminar entitled “Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution in Employment Cases.” This CLE program, held at and sponsored by the Lake County Bar Association in Merrillville, Indiana, provided important information regarding the nuances of mediating and arbitrating employment law cases.
