OMW Secures Defense Verdict for Radiologist

In February, OMW successfully defended a radiologist in a 3-week jury trial. Plaintiff alleged that the radiologist had negligently interpreted an AP portable chest x-ray, which lead to death due to untreated aortic dissection.
