The National Labor Relations Board’s Attack on Purposeful Work Rules Must Be Stopped” in the Valparaiso University Law Review, Vol. 52, Winter 2018, Number 2. Bob’s article addresses the need for employers to be allowed to issue and enforce common rules directing workplace conduct, so as to maintain control of the workforce, assure safety and security in the workplace, and comply with state and federal laws. The article explains how such rules should not be deemed a violation of the National Labor Relations Act.
